Delivery
Local registered delivery at $5 via ninjavan, and it will take about 3-5 working days to reach you.
If you need them urgently, our express next day delivery is charged at $12.
Returns and exchanges
Complementary exchanges for to different size must be made within 14 days of purchase via email.
Items must not have been worn, with its original tags and packaging still intact.
Do include your order number in the email.
Returns will be reviewed via a case-by-case basis.
In an unlikely event of a defective item, drop us a email at hello.pyaarco@gmail.com and we will take it from there!
pre-loved items
Pre-loved requirements
Items will need to fulfil some conditions to be accepted as pre-loved.
- no rips, tears or holes
- very minimal stains, or fading of colour
- all buttons, drawstrings intact and in working condition
- washed and clean, odorless

We reserve the right to reject the items if they do not meet the requirements.
An email update will be sent to you and you have the option to take back the clothes. You may self-collect the items or have them delivered back to you at $5.
Pre-loved returns
1. Drop us an email at hello.pyaarco@gmail.com with the subject titled <pre-loved>, and include your previous order number.
2. We will provide you with a paid registered shipping label and instructions on how to return the items back to us.
3. When item is accepted, you will receive a follow up email with your 20% discount code that you can use at any point in the future, no expiry!

Please understand that you are responsible for the condition of the items until it reaches us; so please secure the packages and ensure the contents inside are safe from the elements.

We have categorized our pre-loved items based on the amount of wear and tear there is.

Items with this tag are basically as the name suggests, good as new!
Very minimal wear and tear, no stains or colour fading.
​
good to wear
Items with this tag have some minor wear and tear, possibly some colour fading or stains.
The defects will be clearly descripted with the item.
